Initially, your responsibilities will be focused and tailored to enable you to acclimate to different teams, build relationships, and familiarize yourself with our domain. As time progresses, your role will naturally evolve to encompass broader responsibilities.
Though design production and crafting user experiences will be central to your role, your increasing experience will enable you to offer valuable insights on UX strategies across the organization. You'll advocate for usability testing not only within Core Services but also across other teams in our Fintech enterprise. Your goal will be to standardize user research methodologies and facilitate collaborative partnerships between engineers and designers.
