Position Description - Account Manager and Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager and Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional day-to-day support to both our internal team and clients. Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Requirements: To excel in the role of Account Manager and Operations Coordinator, you must possess outstanding personal communication skills, a positive "can do" attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Technical Delivery Manager in daily tasks and assisting with calendar management
  • Investigating and reporting client trends by analyzing service desk tickets and generating reports
  • Leading and participating in daily client and internal meetings
  • Keeping client weekly status sheets up to date with the latest information from stakeholders
  • Ensuring the timely completion of deliverables from stakeholders through consistent follow-ups
  • Providing up-to-date status sheets and weekly ticket reports to clients
  • Conducting phone and email correspondence with clients for scheduling and updates
  • Monitoring the internal team's communications and inbox for items that may require follow-up
  • Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with clients through clear communication and prompt follow-through
  • Introducing ideas to improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
  • Ensuring fast turnaround of customer requests
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload independently, while effectively communicating with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, both face to face and through written and verbal communication
  • Collaborating effectively within a team and demonstrating strong communication skills
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience: To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Professional Service Delivery, Project Management, or Operations coordination. Previous experience with a Managed Services Provider (MSP) is preferred, although not necessary. Key qualifications and skills include:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
  • Experience with documentation

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience is required for this role. Past experience in an MSP environment is a plus.
