Locations: Chicago or Remote

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team as we expand our user base across Trading teams and Core Infrastructure. 

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end development, collaborate closely with users, and contribute to the design and architecture of our growing system.

Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and transform their ideas into well-engineered products
  • Strong background in software engineering with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and up-to-date versions of React
  • Experience or keen interest in browser performance optimization to enhance user experience
  • Strong capabilities in API design and data modeling
  • User-interface design skills and an appreciation for visual direction and design systems

Desirable skills:
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, enabling efficient data querying and manipulation
  • Experience with Docker, facilitating containerization for smoother deployment and scaling
  • Proficiency in contributing to/maintaining NPM modules, promoting code reuse and collaboration
  • Experience or interest in the finance domain, providing valuable insights for related projects
  • Knowledge of Node.js, further enhancing your versatility in backend development
