Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of compiler toolchains for Web 3 platforms, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compiler technology into our development pipeline, ensuring compatibility with existing frameworks and libraries.
- Research and implement innovative compiler optimizations to improve the efficiency and resource utilization of smart contracts and decentralized applications.
- Analyze and debug complex compiler issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance the overall development experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in compiler technology, programming languages, and blockchain protocols, and incorporate relevant findings into our development process.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in compiler design, optimization, and implementation, with a focus on LLVM or similar compiler frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, Go, or C/C++.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, memory management, and parallel computing principles.
- Experience with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
