We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 systems. Your expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy administration, and DNS auditing will be essential to maintaining a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
As a Systems Administrator, you will have the opportunity to utilize your project management skills, although PMP certification is not required. You will also play a crucial role in technical and non-technical documentation writing, ensuring clear and comprehensive records of system configurations and processes.
To excel in this position, you should possess a working knowledge of various IT areas such as IT asset management, incident response, event collection, aggregation, and correlation, digital forensics, vendor management, identity and access management systems, privileged identity and access management, and network operations and security.
You will be involved in third-party platform testing, acquisition, deployment, and administration, specifically focusing on vulnerability management platforms, SIEM platforms, network access control platforms (including PIM/PAM), device configuration management platforms (end-user and server systems), and centralized configuration management and monitoring platforms (end-user and server systems). Your expertise in vulnerability management, including assessment and remediation, will be crucial to ensuring the security of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments, prioritize remediation, and work closely with system owners to address vulnerabilities. Document all vulnerability management efforts.
- Maintain and enhance the firm's IT Asset Management program.
- Collaborate with IT and Infrastructure Operations to develop, implement, and maintain configuration management platform(s) aligned with security requirements.
- Respond promptly to alerts and notifications from security monitoring platforms.
- Provide hands-on support in the implementation of risk reduction projects, collaborating with infrastructure, development, and end-user personnel.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration and Group Policy administration.
- Knowledge of DNS auditing and administration.
- Familiarity with IT asset management practices.
- Understanding of incident response procedures.
- Proficiency in event collection, aggregation, and correlation techniques.
- Knowledge of digital forensics principles.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Familiarity with identity and access management systems.
- Understanding of privileged identity and access management.
- Knowledge of network operations and security practices.
- Experience in testing, acquiring, deploying, and administering third-party platforms, including vulnerability management platforms, SIEM platforms, network access control platforms (including PIM/PAM), device configuration management platforms (end-user and server systems), and centralized configuration management and monitoring platforms (end-user and server systems).
- Strong skills in vulnerability management, including assessment and remediation.
