The platform handles highly sensitive data and has integrations with on-prem and cloud-based services and systems. Our mission is for Salesforce to be our primary tool to capture, manage, access and share customer intelligence across the organization so that we main gain a single - 360-degree view - of customer profiles, activities, campaigns, opportunity pipeline, digital behavior and engagement, client support cases etc. The candidate will support this mission as part of the Customer Marketing/CRM team and be responsible for supporting and enhancing the platform with break-fixes and new features and capabilities for all departments but with a focus in Service Cloud.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Work in a global team with Salesforce processionals that use a structured but agile process to deliver new and optimized initiatives

  • Plan and execute projects using Jira and other agile tools

  • Assess risks, opportunities, and deliverables for projects

  • Own end to end delivery of projects, Service Operations project roadmap, and communications

Skills and Software Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates will have 3+ relevant Salesforce with a specific focus in Service Cloud

  • Basic understanding of the salesforce setup, features, and functionality. e.g. permission model (roles, profiles, permission sets). Custom objects, flows, process builders, master-detail relationships, record types and page layout assignments. Reports and dashboards.

  • 2+ years experience in Agile methodology and project management.

  • Ability to prioritize projects and tickets based on urgency of work.

  • Deep understanding of the tool Jira or a similar agile tool.

  • Exceeds in requirements gathering, note taking, user story creation, and organization.

  • Team player. Strong communication skills with an ability to express ideas/solutions in language that internal clients can comprehend.

  • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills across multi-disciplinary skill sets

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated/self-starter, creative and adaptable to new situations. 


  • Salesforce Platform App Builder

  • Salesforce Admin

  • Certified Scrum Master is a plus
