Working in a small team environment, the Salesforce Business Analyst, reporting to the Director-CRM, will be responsible for the support of Salesforce to various business lines. This is a fast paced, hands-on role requiring a high level of organization, responsibility and follow through.
This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees and management. In addition, this role may interact with outside business partners, vendors, consultants, and other office visitors.
The ideal candidate will have:
? Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
? Strong organization skills and a proven history of responsibility and follow through in resolving issues
? An aptitude for using Salesforce to provide creative solutions to business challenges and opportunities
? A talent and desire to create efficiency and opportunity through business process improvement
? Experience leading small/medium sized projects
? The ability and confidence to work in a cooperative environment across different departments and
business units
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
? Become a subject matter expert of ORIX’s Salesforce environment
? Provide day-to-day support of Salesforce, including user administration, system configuration, report
and dashboard design and creation
? Provide upgrade and implementation planning and execution
? Develop and/or enhance Salesforce by selecting and implementing third-party packages, tools, or
components
? Support internal and external customers as a business partner and analytical problem solver by
collaborating with business and technology partners to execute projects and create solutions to
business challenges
? Manage customer relationships and expectations by participating in an appropriate communication
strategy to keep them informed of current projects and roadmaps
? Develop and execute change management programs for new business processes
? Execute project management steps to ensure the risk mitigation, scope management, appropriate
communication, and milestone achievement
? Participate in or lead projects through the full project lifecycle: write requirements, write and execute
test plans and scripts, facilitate UAT, write training materials and execute trainings, organize
implementation and go live steps and provide go live support
? Additional projects and duties as assigned to support ORIX and other technology and business needs
Education, Skills & Experience Required
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology,
Finance, or equivalent experience
? 3+ years of experience in the information technology space
? Extensive experience with the Salesforce CRM platform as a Salesforce Admin
? Experience in the Financial Services industry, commercial lending and/or asset management
experience a plus
? Experience with business analysis, requirement documentation, solution design, testing, and
implementation
? Motivated, initiative-taker with a strong attention to detail
? Innovative problem solving, analytical and execution skills
? Excellent organization, communication, presentation, and people skills
? Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work independently and contribute as part of a high-
performance team
? Confidence to interface with all levels of organization, including senior management
? Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments; ability to stay focused on critical priorities, but be
resilient and adjust as priorities change
