WHAT IS THE ROLE?
We are seeking an experienced business development professional to lead Objective Paradigm’s efforts in positioning our Dedicated Recruiting Services offering to enterprise businesses. You will be networking with and advocating our value proposition to executive leadership responsible for the talent functions of our target customer base. This person will be a subject matter expert in the strategies, process, and resources required to run effective sourcing and recruiting services programs aimed at addressing hiring initiatives
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Develop an expert understanding of the DRS & Sourcing practices as well as the other offerings of Objective’s companies and be able to identify the the right services(s) and offerings for each unique sales opportunity
Can identify if we are talking to the right person - decision-maker, influencer, champion
Can work across multiple stakeholders
Sell and communicate the value (time, money, speed) of an outsourced recruiting model and be able to identify a prospects pain points and articulate how our firm can alleviate them
Identify prospects and navigate to the champion and decision-maker to sell service option
Work in tandem with practice leader of the business unit and CRO to generate their own prospect and target list
Position long term, multiple resource projects that require both sourcing and recruiting solutions
Develop a short list of relationships for channel selling with partners that deliver complimentary services offerings
YOUR CREDS:
Sold service/deliverable projects in the 500k-1M+ range
Experience landing accounts and expanding those accounts/positioning it appropriately
Proven participation in a group or community that was used to land business
Proven networker
Must be able to communicate their metrics and numbers - revenue, margin, and sales funnel statistics
Experience developing presentations, developing and reviewing contracts
YOU WILL HAVE SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
Are someone who is well connected in HR or TA community
Well connected in the PE community
Someone who has sold consulting projects and knows how to navigate and enterprise inclusive of procurement
Someone with significant experience creating sales material/content decks would be a big plus
Someone that has worked and partnered through channels to advance their network and “share” opportunities
Demonstrated capabilities of long standing relationships, repeat customers and the ability to follow a contact as they move onto new opportunities.
