Job Description


Job Title: Senior Network/Systems Windows Administrator
Location: NYC (Hybrid)
Industry: Law Firm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spin up, configure, and manage Windows servers in an on-prem and AWS hybrid environment.
  • Oversee SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for patching, imaging, and deployment.
  • Manage Citrix infrastructure with a transition to VPN solutions in 2025.
  • Administer and enforce Group Policies, ensuring compliance and system integrity.
  • Implement and manage patching processes for Windows servers.
  • Perform basic networking tasks including firewall configurations and network troubleshooting.
  • Manage and apply MDM (Mobile Device Management) policies.
  • Maintain and administer on-prem Exchange environments.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, ensuring network security.
  • Support Windows imaging and deployments (Windows 11).
  • Administer PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) services.
  • Manage and support iManage on-prem environments.
  • Participate in the firm’s AWS migration, contributing to cloud strategies and implementation.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Windows systems administration and network management.
  • Strong experience with SCCM (on-prem) and Citrix.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud migrations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Group Policies, Windows patching, and Exchange (on-prem).
  • Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and Windows Imaging.
  • Familiarity with MDM policy configurations.
  • Experience managing PKIs and iManage on-prem solutions.
  • Prior experience in a law firm environment is highly preferred.

Certifications (Preferred):
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
