Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist (Mac & Executive Support)
Location: New York City, Onsite 2 Days a Week

The Desktop Support Specialist will provide essential technical support for Mac devices. This role will primarily focus on assisting our executive team, ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently and effectively. The position will be based in our New York City office, requiring onsite presence two days per week.

Position Summary:
The Desktop Support Specialist will provide essential technical support for Mac devices. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support for Mac devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist executives with technical inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Set up and configure new Mac devices and related peripherals.
- Manage software installations, updates, and patching.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and coordinate with IT teams as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on Mac usage and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical procedures.
- Assist with other IT tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop support, with a strong focus on Mac systems.
- Familiarity with Mac OS, Apple hardware, and software applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly.
- Experience supporting executive-level staff is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
