Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Sciences
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure supporting end user systems in an enterprise environment
- 2+ years of experience in engineering and implementing end user systems in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Operating Systems at the administration level
- Installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, application software, and management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of desktop and server hardware, including performance optimization
- Project management experience, including milestone tracking and target completion dates
- Strong technical curiosity and a desire to continuously learn
- Extensive experience with PowerShell for system management
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions
- Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system security
- Proficiency in VOIP and SIP video conferencing technologies
- Proven skills in technical documentation
- Availability for on-call work during nights and weekends, as well as occasional light travel
- Physical ability to lift and carry computers and related equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Beneficial Skills and Interests:
- Programming and scripting languages such as Python, Visual Basic, VBscript, or similar
- Experience with imaging solutions like Windows Deployment Services and System Center Configuration Manager
- Understanding of Unix/Linux, particularly RHEL and CentOS
- Basic understanding of coding best practices and version control
- Knowledge of configuration management systems and automation technologies such as Ansible
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticketing systems
- Software management expertise, including repackaging, scripted installations, and deployment
- Experience in delivering technical training to individuals and groups
- MCP/MCSE/CCNA or equivalent certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of the Securities and Trading industry
