The Role:
- Onboard enterprise clients and prepare them for the rollout of our products and services.
- Ensure the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction of our solution.
- Plan and manage installation rollouts, facilitate status meetings, oversee sales orders, and maintain accurate data entry across multiple platforms.
- Serve as the liaison across sales, operations, technical support, and installation teams to facilitate smooth delivery of implementations.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and proactively offering solutions to their challenges.
Key Skillsets:
