Responsibilities:
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- User support ticket management
- Identify and gather requirements from users and product owners, as needed
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- User training and creating training materials
- Assist the team in prioritization of bug fixes and enhancement requests as part of activities supporting business operations, and participate in prioritization sessions working closely with Product Owners and Center of Excellence
- Provides exceptional customer service and adheres to the philosophies
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years Salesforce experience, including Sales & Service, Communities a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Comfortable doing basic Salesforce Administrative tasks such as user management, configuration, and building reports and dashboards
- Strong discovery, critical thinking, time management, initiative and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- BA/BS degree, is preferred
