TECHNICAL  RECRUITER SEARCHING FOR THE PERFECT FIT?
We' re looking for an additional team member to join our growing troop of experts. This individual will report to one of our top-performing tech recruiters! Through hands-on training and working side-by-side with experienced recruiters and sourcers, you will learn how to qualify and place highly desirable professionals in the technology industry. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on the most sought-after tech roles, delivering top-notch talent to our clients. We pride ourselves on the ability to engage passive talent in the competitive tech space. By connecting our candidates with highly desired roles, we play an instrumental role in advancing their careers. 
WE EXPECT OUR RECRUITERS TO:

  • Actively participate during training sessions and tutorials given by our team’ s various subject matter experts

  • Work alongside your manager in order to gain a firm understanding of the full life cycle recruitment process; on the job training is extremely valuable

  • Identify and source candidates, which meet the client' s requirements by leveraging the plethora of resources we provide

  • Collaborate with client account managers in order to learn the intangible qualities a hiring manager desires

  • Qualify and test candidates competencies in relation to the position description and additional insight provided from the client

  • Ask behavioral-based screening questions to qualify that the candidate aligns with the company' s core values and culture

  • Research our clients' industries to strengthen your understanding of the competitive landscape

  • Collaborate with our experienced sourcing and research team in order to learn best practices when attempting to identify a challenging skill-set
YOUR CREDS:

  • Bachelor' s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Maximum of 1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience

  • 6 months of technical  sourcing or recruiting experience required

  • Demonstrated success in a customer-centric environment

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred

  • High sense of urgency and self-confidence while working in a results-oriented environment

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the 

  • Ability to work independently and as an integral team member
