Our client is a privately held global trading firm. They seek a Sr Technical Recruiter to support their software development hires.
The ideal person will have
- Full Life Cycle recruiting background that includes candidate relationship/management, negotiating, qualifying, closing, and sourcing at times
- An emphasis on recruiting in the software development space.
- An interest/understanding of functional languages, (bonus points if you know Elixir, or Clojure)
- An interest in supporting software development roles for the trading industry
- Understanding of software development methods like Continuous Integration, Pair Programming, Microservices, and Test Driven Development
- Grasp of what makes an elite software developer stand out (top computer science schools), portfolios (github, stack overflow, etc), open source contributions, etc
