Product Consulting Associate

 

Our Client seeks a highly capable Product Consulting Associate to join the Technology team. The PC Associate will be accountable for providing the first line of support   clients.   This person will be responsible for responding to issues of varying complexity both over the phone and via email, utilizing internal and external  resources as needed to ensure timely resolution.  The Associate will also be tasked with documenting these issues, contributing to a knowledge base, and building an exceptional support experience for our clients.  Additional responsibilities include contributing to the transition of newly on-boarded clients and helping with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of relevant experience in a support role for clients in the middle and back office, and will have an exceptional ability to communicate, troubleshoot, and resolve all types of client issues.  The Associate must possess exceptional verbal communications skills, a customer-service orientation, and a knack for problem solving. Additionally, the individual should have a can-do attitude, be a team player and exhibit the flexibility and versatility to succeed in different environments.   The candidate should be comfortable working with specific shifts (including EOD) and adhering to SLA' s.  Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills are also necessary.  An understanding of production software support is preferred, but a strong interest in technology is a must. A bachelor’ s degree in finance, accounting or technology is highly desired.
