The Lawyer Exchange introduces law to the gig economy, making it possible for lawyers to practice law in a way they never have before. We’ re the first and only on-demand platform that matches lawyers seeking support with attorneys seeking work and mentorship. Lawyers can identify other lawyers to work with on a project basis. Seasoned attorneys have more options than ever for retirement, and new attorneys finally have an easy way to gain the experience they need to get where they want. It’ s a win/win situation and a complete game-changer for the legal world.

We are seeking a Member Support Lead to support our members.

  • Communicate with members directly through email and phone to assist with issues, answer questions, remove friction points and get them working with the system fluently.
  • Help develop processes around user support
  • Build out department system and processes, leadership and organization structure for near-term scale
  • This role will also have a Product Management aspect to it - relay feedback from members to the company to improve the system consistent with the requests and inputs from the members.
  • Evangelize the Lawyer Exchange system to members to increase usage
  • Reports directly to the CEO

  • 1-5 years of experience in a support role
  • Account management experience is a plus
  • Management experience is a plus
  • High energy; ready to work in a start-up, high growth company
  • Any background in law is a plus
